Collaboration Among Law Students

Law studies are known for their heavy workload, competitive culture, and high mental strain. Collaboration could enhance the student experience, reduce chronic stress, and foster career-relevant skills. However, German curricula include few collaborative elements and are resistant to change. This project explored student perspectives on useful collaboration and barriers, as well as ways to design effective digital collaboration opportunities. We conducted group interviews, an online survey (n = 1,692), and produced outputs for students, faculty, and the research community.

Brain Volume and IQ: A Meta-Analytical Multiverse

Studies - and even past meta-analyses - have produced conflicting estimates of the link between brain volume and IQ. This project conducted the largest meta-analysis to date (86 studies, 26,000+ participants) to clarify the association. Using a multiverse approach, we demonstrated how different data and analytic choices influence effect sizes.
